What we collect, and why

The « Drops » newsletter

When you subscribe we collect your email address (required), and if you provide them your city and country. If you tick the corresponding option, we also collect your mobile number.

• Email address: to send you Léo Ange’s monthly letter.
• Mobile number: to send SMS gig alerts, only if you have consented.
• City and country: to tell you first about shows near you.

Legal basis: your consent, collected through an unticked checkbox and confirmed by a validation email. Email consent and SMS consent are independent of each other.

Messages sent directly

If you write to one of the addresses shown on this site, your message and email address are used solely to reply to you.

Who has access

Data is hosted and processed by Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), acting as our processor for sending messages. It is never sold, shared or used for any other purpose.

Retention

Your data is kept for as long as you remain subscribed, then deleted within three months of unsubscribing. Addresses inactive for three years are deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data. You may withdraw your consent at any time, without giving a reason.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies and uses no tracker requiring your consent.

Videos are embedded through youtube-nocookie.com: YouTube sets no cookie until you press play. Once you do, YouTube’s own privacy rules apply.

The subscription form is provided by Brevo, which sets one technical cookie required for it to work.
